Force SpinPrep
Perfect for drying microarray slides, the Force
SpinPrep is a personal sized unit that requires minimal
bench space.
The rotor in the Force SpinPrep is fitted with two slide
cassettes that catch liquid shed from the slides. Each
cassette accommodates one standard sized slide.
Slides can be dried in approximately 10 seconds.
Quick acceleration and a smooth stop eliminate
splashing that can cause artifacts to appear on the
slides.
Similar in operation to the Force Mini, the SpinPrep
can be started and stopped by the on/off power
switch. Operation of the rotor may also be started
simply by closing the lid of the centrifuge while the
switch is in the on position. Pressing the lid release
button stops operation.
